Rockstar Games confirmed that GTA V will be released in fall 2010.
What console ? PS 3 !
If you switch your radio station, you will find a station named user track
That station is your custom radio, you can edit it
Go to D:\Documents and Settings\Theodorus\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks directory
You can move your music, sounds, and etc. to that directory
Launch yout GTA San Andreas, option, audio, user track, scan for user track
You can choose the play mode : random, radio, etc.
You can hack any from all of the vehicles in GTA San Andreas with following this steps :
Go to D:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data directory
You can see a file with handling.cfg name, click it (Make a backup before doing this)
Your OS will ask you how to open this file, choose notepad to open it
Now, you can change anything here, you can change rhino's mass like a NRG
But, you must remember, you must change a value with an acceptable value

Type 0048728C, click 2x at the top address
Change the add dword ptr [edi+24],01 to add dword ptr [edi+24],200
You don't have to wait for recharge now !

Wait for the customer leaves your restaurant
1 address showed up, right click, dissamble this memory
Find an address with the value mov eax, ffffffff, right click 2x, change ffffffff to 004c4b40
After that, your gourmet points will increase 100000 for each customer
