If you switch your radio station, you will find a station named user track
That station is your custom radio, you can edit it
Go to D:\Documents and Settings\Theodorus\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks directory
You can move your music, sounds, and etc. to that directory
Launch yout GTA San Andreas, option, audio, user track, scan for user track
You can choose the play mode : random, radio, etc.
